MoogleLabs was tasked with creating a review management system that can consolidate reviews from platforms like Yelp, Facebook, Google, and Twitter, performing AI-driven sentiment analysis to identify review tone. It needed to generate personalized responses, indicate review sources, and unify review management into one interface. The platform must ensure high accuracy in sentiment detection, support multiple review sites, and comply with data privacy standards.

Our Process

  • We started by understanding the challenges businesses face in managing reviews across multiple platforms. It included discussion on their specific goals and frustrations with current review processes. 
  • In collaboration with clients, we gathered detailed requirements laying the foundation for developing an AI-driven review management and sentiment analysis solution.
